Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, your commission will be canceled, and you will be blacklisted if such occurs.

I have the right to decline any commissions that make me uncomfortable or beyond my skill level.

I have the right to post the finished commission on my socials unless you communicate that you as a client wish for privacy. Please let me know beforehand.

All commissions must be paid upfront. ONLY Trusted cilents will be able to do half payments. I will not proceed with the commission if I haven't received any or half of the payment beforehand.

The base price may increase depending on certain factors. This may include backgrounds, added accessories, complex, tattoos, etc.

Once the commissions are finished, I will not revisit them unless it’s under special circumstances. This may include Canvas/File mistakes, forgotten items, etc.

Once I receive the full or half of the payment, I will start sketching out your commission, and I will then send the sketch before continuing to the next phase. Anything you wish to change/add must be during the sketch phase.

After confirmation on the sketch, the commission should take between 1-4 weeks, but depending on certain factors, it may take between 1-3 months to complete. This may include: personal issues, complexity, or commission requests.

Do not run my artwork through AI of any kind.

➙You have the right to use my artwork for personal use. This may include:

Making PERSONAL Merchandise with reasonable credit

➙The following below would not be considered personal use but copyright infringement:

Using my artwork commercially.

Taking credit for my artwork.

removing any watermarks/adding personal watermarks.

Using it to advertise product of any kind

- If you would like the commercial rights, you'll have to pay an additional fee of 200%-300%. With commercial rights, you are allowed to do the following.

Making merchandise with artwork.

Use on books, covers, and/or other items.

Change to your liking.

Promoting your brand.

I do not offer refunds unless under special circumstances. This may include not finishing the Commission in the requested time.

If there hasn't been a transaction of any kind you have the right to cancel your order.

If you as the client wish for a refund, communicate with me. do not chargeback.

If you file a chargeback against me at any time. Any work I have done will be retracted, and your username(s) will be reported and posted publicly. This also will include being blacklisted by me and maybe other artists.

All commission requests will be communicated either through the VGen Website, Email, Instagram or Discord but if you contacted me first on VGen everything will remain on VGen. I will not communicate outside of that. This includes social media, Personal cell numbers, and etc.

I will do whatever I can to ensure you, the customer, feel satisfied.
